What is Search'n Give?
Search'n Give is a free, privacy-focused search engine that donates its ad revenue to a charity of your choice every time you search.
How do I start using Search'n Give?

Can I use Search’n Give on my mobile device?
Yes, you can use Search’n Give on any device by visiting our website. We are also working on a mobile app for an even better experience—stay tuned!
How do I set Search’n Give as my default search engine?
Install our browser extension and follow the prompts to set Search’n Give as your default search engine. You may see a browser pop-up asking if you want to keep Search’n Give—be sure to select “Keep it” to continue supporting your charity. Do you track my personal data or sell my search history?
No. We take your privacy seriously and do not track your personal data or sell your search history. We only track how many searches were performed for each charity to calculate donations, but this data is anonymized.
Can I see how much I’ve raised for my charity?
Yes! After logging in, your account will show your personal impact, including the number of searches you’ve made and the estimated amount raised for your chosen charity.
What should I do if I encounter an issue or bug?
If you run into a problem or find a bug, please let us know! You can contact our support team at support@searchngive.org or use the contact form in our Help Center. We appreciate your feedback and work quickly to resolve any issues.
Can I suggest a feature or improvement?

What types of charities are supported?
We support a wide range of nonprofits, all of which are registered 501(c) organizations. Our list includes charities focused on health, education, the environment, hunger relief, and more. We update the list quarterly, and you can browse the full selection when choosing your charity.
What if my favorite charity isn’t listed?
If you don’t see your preferred charity, let us know at support@searchngive.org. We regularly add new organizations and are happy to review suggestions.
Is there a minimum payout to charities?
Yes, to keep transaction costs low, we send donations once a charity’s balance reaches our minimum payout threshold. This ensures more money goes to the cause, not to fees.
How often are donations sent to charities?
Donations are distributed on a regular schedule, typically quarterly.
How can charities, schools, or companies partner with Search’n Give?
We welcome partnerships with charities, schools, and companies who want to make a difference! How much of the ad revenue actually goes to charity?
Over 90% of all profits go directly to the charities you choose. We use a small portion to keep Search’n Give running smoothly—covering essentials like servers and development—so we can maximize the impact of every search. Our goal is to support great causes, not overhead.
Can I choose which charity receives my donations?
Yes. During sign-up (or anytime via your account settings), you'll see a curated list of vetted nonprofits. You can switch your selection at any time. We also support custom charities if you have a specific one in mind. You can browse our current list of supported charities here.
